- Current State of Illinois Paramedic Certification
- Valid Illinois Driver's License with excellent driving record
- Peoria Area EMS System Certified (Complete PAEMS System Entry)
- Current CPR Card
- Current ACLS Certification
- Current BTLS or ITLS Certification
- Current PALS or PEPP Certification
